The smart home system implemented in this 300 m² country house in the Perm region covers all major engineering and everyday living functions: lighting, climate, security, multimedia, power supply, and automatic irrigation. Centralized lighting control was installed across 17 zones, including landscape lighting, with the ability to create scenarios such as Day, Night, Away, and Home Cinema. The climate system includes control of heat pumps, underfloor heating, radiators, air conditioning, and domestic hot water. 

The project also integrates security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, leak and gas protection, and backup power with automatic generator start. Remote and local access is available via tablets and smartphones through a user-friendly interface. Automation was also implemented for the sauna, septic system, and irrigation. All system functions are synchronized and centrally managed to provide comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. The house is also equipped with the INSYTE EMS energy monitoring system.
